My experience with C&D Septic Tank Service was nothing short of outstanding. They (Ty and John) were repairing an emergency issue at my neighbors and I asked Ty for an estimate on having my tank pumped. It had been over 7 years since the last service and wanted to prevent an issue like my neighbor. He inspected my tank area and quoted me an extremely fair price. He started digging out my lids then moved their truck over once they were finished with my neighbor’s issue. Ty dug up two lids to my tank and stated the last company that pumped my tank did not pump out the larger portion of the tank. That side was extremely full and had a clog in the drain line which John cleared. I’m extremely thankful Ty and John took the time to do the job with such professionalism and expedience. I highly recommend their services to anyone experiencing septic tank issues. We’ll see you in about 5 years! Very competitively priced, service was performed fast and worksite was clean and put back together when they left. Chad gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and was able to come out the following week to perform a repair, pump out the tank, and install a riser. They were very professional and friendly and did the work quickly. Their prices were reasonable and they have the knowledge to do any repairs on grinder pumps.
